Lava Z71 is launched in India with Android 9 Pie, a fingerprint sensor, for six,299 rupees ($ 88).


Lava has launched an entry-level smartphone for the Indin market. The device, called the Lava Z71, comes at an affordable price of 6,299 rupees (about $ 88). The phone is available from Flipkart and is available in two colors – Steel Blue and Ruby Red.

The technical data of the Lava Z71 are equipped with a 5.7-inch HD + dot grid with an aspect ratio of 19: 9. The device has a highly polished design on the back. It contains a fingerprint sensor attached to the back and two camera settings. The main camera is a 13 megapixel sensor that is supported by a 2 megapixel depth sensor and an LED flash.

For selfies there is a 5 megapixel front camera with support for soft flash. The device is delivered with Android 9 Pie OS. The phone's camera app supports both professional and AI studio modes.

The Lava Z71 is powered by a MediaTekHelio A22 chipset with 2 GB RAM and 32 GB memory, which can be expanded by up to 256 GB with a microSD card. The handset is equipped with a 3,200 mAh AI battery that, according to the company, can last a day and a half on a single charge. The latest entry-level phone from Lava supports dual SIM with 4G and VoLTE support.
