Secondly, if you do not have WiFi, check that FaceTime and Phone App are allowed to use cellular data connection. For this open the Settings app and tap on Cellular. Scroll down, and under CELLULAR DATA, make sure that the toggle next to FaceTime and Phone is ON.
Turn Airplane Mode ON and OFF

Update your iPhone
